Q. What are the opening times at Sweatlife?

A. Doors open at 8:45am with first classes starting at 09:45am.

Q. How many classes can I book for the day?

A. You can choose from unlimited YOGA and LEARN classes, plus SWEAT (2 classes max).  We recommend 2-3 sweat/yoga classes (these aren’t taster classes, they’re the real deal!) for an optimal endorphin pump.

Q. The class I want to go to is full, is there a waitlist?

A. There will be a number of walk-in places at classes throughout the day. The waitlist is first come, first served however, so get there early.

Q. How early do I need to show up for my scheduled classes?

A. Keep in mind that each scheduled class is on a much larger scale than your usual studio sweat session, so try to arrive extra early – aim to arrive to the venue up to an hour before your scheduled class time to go through bag check, check in, get yourself familiar with the venue, grab yourself a coffee or a juice before your class.  To get a good spot in the class aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before to check in

Q. Is there a place to leave my bags and coat?

A. Yes, there is space to leave coats and bags while you sweat.

Q. I’m no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?

A. Sadly not, all ticket sales are final — but if you can no longer make it you can give your ticket to a buddy.

Q. Can I leave the festival in the day and return later?

A. Yes, just make sure you keep your wristband to gain re-entry.

Q. Is there parking available?

A. Yes, there is an NCP car park close to the venue on Wapping Lane.

Q. Can I buy lululemon products at the festival?

A. Absolutely! The lululemon pop-up shop will there so you can buy some new kit when yours gets sweaty.

Q. What method of payments can I use at Sweatlife festival

A. Card and cash payments will be accepted throughout the festival.  Some of the vendors in the market place may not take cards though, so having some cash on hand is a good idea.

Q. Will there be cash machines on site?

A. There are no cash machines on site, but you can pay with your credit and debit card once in the venue at selected stalls.

Q. Can I bring my child with me to the festival?

A. Yes you can, however you will need to look after them throughout.

Q. Can I bring my pet to the festival?

A. Not this time, best to book the dog-sitter early.

Q. Will there be changing rooms and showers on site?

A. There won’t be showers on site but you can stop by the rejuvenate station to freshen up between classes.

Q. Can I bring my own food?

A. All food and drink consumed must be purchased by vendors on site, but definitely bring a water bottle to fill up.

Q. Can I bring alcohol?

A. Please don’t bring booze to the event. Bags will be checked upon arrival. But don’t worry; we know how to have a good time. There are plenty of opportunities throughout the day to purchase alcohol at our licensed bars.

Q. Are there medics on site on the day?

A. Yes, although we don’t intend on keeping them very busy! St John’s Ambulance will be on stand by all day just in case.

Q. I am currently recovering from an injury; can I still attend classes?

A. Yes, but with caution. There’ll be an opportunity before classes start to make your injuries known to the instructor. Please let the instructor know what injuries you’re suffering from ahead of class so they can ensure you practice safely.

Q. Should I bring my own yoga mat?

A. We’ve got you covered. But, we understand if you’re attached to your mat, so bring it if you must (you can also check it in with your coat).

Q. I want to bring some friends with me, how many tickets can I book

A. You can book up to 10 tickets per person. Each attendee will have to create their own personalized schedule.

Q. What will happen if it rains?

A. Bring your poncho, as we’ll be partying in all weathers, London style. But fear not, Tobacco Dock is mainly under cover.

Q. What time does Sweatlife finish?

A. The party ends at 10pm — so you’ve got plenty of time to make that last tube home. Huzzah!.
